Worked great. I don't understand how anyone can have a problem with that. I measured the other holes on the belt to decide which hole to install it on. There were no instructions included but all you have to do is loosen the stopper with a screwdriver, position the punch so it sits over the brass spacer, retighten the screw and make sure the latch is released. Then just place it where you want it and squeeze. On day one I used it repeatedly to convert some of my old harnesses into harnesses that fit my six year old. It's pretty flimsy, and even baby harnesses need an extra hole or two to fit properly.
