This product has definitely helped my lips. My lips are thin and usually dry/rough. I apply this product once to several times a day and it helps my lips a lot. You'll be more hydrated, won't dry out or crack, and look fuller and healthier overall! There is hardly any tingling, more of a cool feeling on the lips, which I prefer to burn like other plumpers. The actual volume effect isn't as strong as I would like, but overall my lips look soft, full, smooth and healthy!
