Cute but really big
I ordered the Medium size in this dress and it was BIG everywhere except across the upper back. I am 5'4" and 135 lbs and 38C. I think the Small would be too tight in the upper back and arms. The colors are beautiful but the dress hangs off my shoulders at the seams. Going to keep it as a swim cover-up and see how it fits after washing. The sleeveless version of this dress fits me much better.
- Fabric is very nice fit is true to size and very flattering
- The belt may detract from the overall look of the dress
