Always feels cool

Love it! I was a bit skeptical at first, I have to admit. A blanket to keep you cool? Yeah right. But I thought it might be worth a try and I'm very glad I did. I struggle to sleep without a blanket, which is problematic in the summer as local temperatures rise to the point where a regular blanket gets stuffy, but never enough to justify installing an air conditioner. This is the perfect middle ground. The color surprised me. I was expecting it to be a duller, grayer shade of blue, which would be nice, but it's a really subtle shade with an almost purple hue. Aesthetically, it's simple and neutral, but very beautiful. It also has a nice glossy finish that is very well finished - nothing warps or blisters and the stitching is very clean. The only thing I don't like is the softness. The top of the blanket is very silky smooth and pleasant to the touch, while the bottom is like a slightly scratchy t-shirt. It's not particularly inconvenient, although I think it might be a little problematic for those more sensitive to textures. In general I am very satisfied. And addicting! I can't believe I ignored the cooling blankets for so long.
