What a great price. Immediately jumped up. The electrical connection is solid. The carriage latch has been correctly aligned. Operational checks for opening, closing, locking and unlocking worked just as well as the OEM part while saving over $100 compared to the Volkswagen part. Not sure about durability but the more expensive OEM part from Volkswagen didn't last long in that regard so why overpay. Very happy with my purchase.
