I would like to give 4.5 stars but have rounded down. Features, Design Achievement, Delivery Speed, and Overall Satisfaction receive 5 points. 4 is a high score - expected durability. Obviously these are early production models and have some rough edges. The device I received worked 100%, all three LED bars are very bright and all LEDs are lit, but I'm afraid how long this will take. Here's my criticism: A few individual LEDs were slightly misaligned. This should not be the case when using a robot. I expect my device to be assembled manually by a somewhat sloppy technician. What follows is a long-term problem: dozens of LEDs were soldered well, but some looked like under-solder had been used, and some looked suspiciously like a cold solder joint (good solder shines, cold solder shines). the joint will look a bit grainy because the solder hasn't solidified evenly.) This could cause cracks in the future. Another issue was that each of the three panels is connected to the controller - there are two wires soldered to the LED panel and I noticed two issues here - the soldering wasn't very good on two of the six wires, and it was flux left on them. Connection. It had to be cleared. Depending on the type of flux used, it can absorb moisture and form mold, again a potential long-term problem. I expect these quality control issues will be resolved once the devices go into full production, but these are certain issues. it showed other problems with DOA or infant mortality. Using a microwave motion sensor is great, much better than standard IR/Fresnel sensors. I use this light in a large utility room. It detects movement when we approach the door and turns on the light at the slightest movement in the room. Because the three panels can be positioned separately, the light is versatile and bright enough. 25 watts from three halogen spotlights is unbelievable. Overall this product gets an A- but with improved quality control it will easily get an A+.
