The wild thrush does not eat. empty skins.
Despite the photo, there wasn't much flesh in the skin. Facing the sun they were almost hollow or peeled, so I'm not sure how they were dried/processed. Wild thrushes won't touch them even if I put them in a drinker that's not near water.
