I like the placement of the microphone and buttons on the device, but often the maximum volume is too low. The buttons are difficult to press, with a loud click every time they are pressed. This is a bad design choice. I would not buy this again. Right now I'm using a microphone and external computer speakers instead of the built-in speaker, which is a real shame. I assumed it was a powered speaker, but it relies solely on USB power, which I believe is at the root of the speaker's poor performance. Sounds crystal clear if the volume can be turned up loud enough. People on the other end of the line usually don't have the option to turn up the volume on their microphone.
