I bought this device to enable conference calls with my small team and our other offices via Zoom/Skype for Business. The sound quality is amazing to hear and the microphone reception is great. It was so easy to take it out of the box and plug it in. He just worked great. Excellent value for money and quality.

This product has a decent amount of advertising for what it is, but it's an oversized case that houses a terrible speaker , who doesn't understand anything what low frequency is in combination with a "pair" of front-facing microphones (I say "pair" in quotes because it could be a speaker since they just swapped them on a pair of wires ). I like the placement of the microphone and buttons on the device, but often the maximum volume is too low. The buttons are difficult to press, with a loud click every time they are pressed.
