When I was on vacation I noticed that there were many types of neoprene wallets sold in stores but they were all too big and cost over $100 . They also didn't have a shoulder strap. I found this wallet and ordered it. Love it - great size and price and it has a shoulder strap! There was a strong smell of plastic, but it gradually dissipated.
