The strap is too short to be functional.
This shoe would be great if it weren't for a very important issue - the strap is too short to be functional. The shoes fit my daughter's foot very well but we had to send them back because the strap was too short to stay closed. We got the Keds Daphne T-Strap style instead and it has worked much better on my two daughters. Too bad too, because I prefer Mary Ella's style.
- My daughter said these are the best shoes she has ever had! We got it last school year and again this year in a larger size.
- Due to the material composition, they are difficult to clean, which makes the sneakers look worn and old.
