Great team members who love to learn new technologies and share knowledge among each other. Great UX designer, very responsive, always thinking about how to make things better. Best Dev team I've worked with! - Easy to get work done - no problems communicating or getting help when needed. - Always willing to go above and beyond. If you ask for something it's almost guaranteed they'll do whatever they can (within reason) to deliver your request within hours if not minutes.
Pros
- Great communication and easy to understand processes
- Very responsive team
Cons
- For example sometimes their UI designs aren't always the most efficient or functional
- There's no real 'wow factor' going on here...but they are good at what they do.
- They can sometimes miss the bigger picture and focus on minutiae.
