Review on ID Shield by Klassic Duncan

I worked with this team for several years across multiple projects in various industries, from small start-ups to big publicly traded companies, working through very large global cyber attacks. As an experienced security consultant, they were great at understanding my needs and providing me with options that made sense without being too expensive or time consuming. Their process worked well even during the COVID era and we had no issues transitioning our engagements forward. They solved many problems we encountered along the way as we grew. None so far! We used them primarily for penetration testing and other incident response services. I like that ID shield has a lot of services, so you can use one that suits your needs. The customer service is also great. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me with every need. I would highly recommend the ID shield to anyone looking for an affordable cyber security company. It is hard to find someone with knowledge in this field, but they do! I am currently using their remote access software for my work.
