The customer service has been great! I have had an issue with my account but they were quick to respond via email or phone call (or both). I love that it's easy to use - you can set up alerts right away so if someone tries accessing your account or trying too many times in one day they get an alert immediately! It also has great customer service support as well which makes me feel better about using their product since my experience with other companies was not good at all (they don't even have 24/7 phone lines!).
