The lack of instructions was a little frustrating at first. I thought it was a joke, not a guide. I had to "ask questions" in the search bar, but I never got any instructions. Does not fit standard windows. It's a few inches taller so one side barely fits my window, making it crappy and not that strong. It's also a pity that I can no longer use my window, my cat loves to chill with the window open. But for $10, it's really sturdy and still "does the job". 3 star rating. I see a lot of good product reviews where people lie. I never write reviews unless I'm completely satisfied, so this is my honest review.
