When I was young, I could never do the hula hoop. However, I always worked up a sweat trying. Even as an adult I tried and still couldn't. Yet this item intrigued me for some reason. I mean there's no way it can fall off your hips so it must be easy right?Well I'm sorry to say I still can't do the hula hoop. LOL! Keeping the weighted ball going around is challenging. I've tried and tried and can only make it around a few times before I lose steam. But the effort alone is quite the workout. I like that I can only do it for 15 minutes at a time and it's still a little mini workout. I'm hoping that with practice I will be able to finally keep this going. In the meantime, I'm having fun trying and certainly burning some calories in the process.
