I have had two of these products within 30 days. Attaching the blade, and then came off completely. The product worked fine. but it looks like something went wrong during production. I hope I get a better answer than the folks who searched the questions section with Revain for this product for blade change help. the company's president, where he informed me that there was indeed a manufacturing issue that was discovered after shipping. Two days later I received replacement blades for my mops via priority mail. Functionally, the product works very well. The seller was honest, straightforward and happy with the problem and solved it immediately. *Definitely a seller worthy of my future business*.
