I like that it allows me to send pre-written messages for my customers, so their interaction with us is seamless which helps in building trust between them as well! The customer service team at IciboBOT was very helpful when we had any issues or queries regarding our account/data security etc., they were always there within seconds of request made through email / chat box! We use this bot tool from almost 2 years now (since launch date) till today without facing anything negative about its performance!! Very good product & great support provided by developers!! There may come some time where you will find out how easy can be implement other features but thats not something really significant because after few days if your business gets stable then only i think people who are going under marketing services should try these type bots :) Great Support Team available 24X7 - Highly recommendable.
