I bought this because it looked sturdy and I liked that it had a hinged lid. Unfortunately my phone broke the first time I dropped it in this case. The phone was dropped when dropped (approximately 2.5ft) but there was significant damage. My screen has dead spots, there are black dots and cracks in the screen crease and now the phone won't open fully. I used to have a cheap plastic case and regret not replacing it with this one. *Note: The scratch on the screen is from my cat and her claws, not a fall.
