This is by far one of the most innovative airtight container designs I've seen. Someone with true passion and knowledge of everyday cooking brought this product to life. What I mean? For example when I cook I cook different vegetables and since I have a toddler I don't really want to mix them up! However, many containers mean twice the cleaning and space requirements. I do not like it too. However, it is very smart to have a separator in the container. I also like that the top lock can be controlled. Sometimes I put raw vegetables like cucumbers in it, but they are always wet from the store. If I leave them like this, they spoil very quickly. It is ideal to put it in this container and leave the fan on.
