My wife goes to the chiropractor every two weeks and they use a massage gun like this during her appointments. Used by my wife's chiropractor and definitely gives enough energy for a very good deep tissue massage. At just over a pound, it doesn't feel too heavy or cheap. Out of the box you get a sleek black tote bag with a carbon fiber pattern. The case contains a massage gun, a charger and another case with 15 nozzles and rubber nozzles. I wouldn't even try to tell you what each attachment does, but it seems pretty standard and has a neck attachment and a rounded back massage attachment that the chiropractor uses. I've only used these and need to learn about what the rest of the attachments do. The battery life is really long lasting. The manufacturer states 5 hours and I haven't had to charge it yet, but I was able to use it several times within 45 minutes so the battery life is pretty close to what it says. Overall this is a very good product and packaged very well.
