For a year I had the only thermostat you just stick in your food when you're curious, it worked, but I knew there had to be something better. Enter it, it's cooking on steroids! I love tossing chicken or steak in the oven, leaving the prongs in and having an alarm to tell me when it's done and not having to go to the kitchen every few minutes to check in hoping i catch it right time. worth its weight in gold! It's one of those things where you never realize how much you need it until you have it.
