What a wonderful support team. I rarely have a problem with items that I purchase but it does happen occasionally. This hearing device was so highly recommended in so many articles that I read. I decided to give it a try. The package came quickly, the packaging was very professional, the manual was easy to understand, and the device was easy to manipulate. So, when it did not seem to be working for me, I assumed that the battery might be defective. The company was eager to replace it for me - sending me a new device before even receiving the item to be returned. It got better from there. The new device does work better but not exactly perfect for me. The conclusion is that I have a hard-to-hear level of deafness and need a stronger model which they were quick to recommend and offer at a bargain. I have a hearing test coming up and will take them up on their offer after the test. Much more help has been offered than mentioned here. A wonderful company to do business with - quick, appropriately responsive, and courteous.
