I like how easy it was to learn the product as well as customize our account settings for different areas of interest we have at work. It's not always apparent what data should be pulled in or out from other sources; sometimes there are certain features unavailable even after paying an upgrade fee. This can lead to some confusion when trying to get answers about why metrics aren't showing up correctly. The free version allows us to use all available functionality without any limitations but doesn’t allow tracking keywords/phrases within articles. We're able to keep tabs on social mentions related to specific topics while also seeing trends over time which gives me peace-of mind knowing my team will know if something has gone viral before they do!
