Review on Scosche FD1438B Double DIN Dash Kit, Black - Compatible with 2009-12 Ford F-150 XL, ISO DIN+Pocket Design by Lild Zimmerly

I've seen a lot of people saying it doesn't fit XL trucks. I was afraid it would happen but didn't worry too much about it. My truck is a work truck, no looks, so it doesn't matter if it's an inch shorter. I'd rather have a small gap at the top that's not as noticeable as the huge gap I had between the dash and the stereo. . can't really break the kit because it's a brilliant Ford design. I don't know why they spend RND's money and time to make the same dashboard for all trims but still have to resize it to fit other components in the truck. The only thing I don't like about this set
