Not safe at 160 degrees F
I bought this to brew grain for brewing and the product description said it was safe up to 248 degrees but it burned to the bottom and melted at 160 degrees my must. It wasted my pan and messed up my ingredients by $40. I had to throw everything away and smelled this horrible smell of burned plastic. Do not buy this product, the listing information is incorrect and should not be used for wine and beer making.
