I bought this puller to replace the bipod and cocking arms on my Chevy Silverado 1500 98 2wd. It won't go on. The opening of the jaws was about 1/2 inch less. I bought a large puller and it said it was compatible but it wasn't. I could have used a 4 1/2" angle grinder to pry it open, but I left it alone and used a cucumber fork instead.
