The ability of my team member, Mandy O'Connor-Barrett was able make changes without having an account manager in our office for months at time we were out sick or vacationing etc - this is very helpful when you are away! I also like that they have made it so easy with all their features available online which makes managing your business much easier than if everything had been done through emails/phone calls from us back home base!! Nothing really but just be aware there may not always someone around who can help as quickly since many times support has issues during busy seasons such as summertime (when more people need customer service). Make sure before jumping into anything new whether its training materials, pricing plans ect., look up reviews by previous clients because some providers will say one thing then charge extra fees once onboarded after getting paid already even though.
