Great for A/B Testing & Personalization

The ability to target your audience, run campaigns that are targeted towards specific audiences or segments of an ad group as well as being able to track who has viewed it makes this tool very powerful! I dislike how difficult it can be to get reports from certain features in order to understand what our customers like about us and where they would benefit most by interacting with our brand. So far we have not found anything else out there quite so comprehensive but if you do please let me…

Smarketing Cloud - Find new customers for free

It allows me to create different types of campaigns, track progress easily using its various dashboards, it has inbuilt A/B testing tools that helps us test our ideas fast without having to go through many iterations. The UI can be made more user friendly. I think we will get rid of this problem once they implement their product roadmap as per users' feedbacks. Very nice marketing software with tons features

The ability to create different campaigns, track results in one place (i am talking about Google Analytics), easy integration of other tools like Mailchimp or Hubspot etc., very clear dashboard which allows you see all important metrics at once - it's really great! I dislike that sometimes there are some technical issues when trying connect your account from another device/browser than Chrome but this issue can be solved by contacting support team if needed so no problems here as well :) Great…

Great Email Marketing Solution with Amazing Support

The user interface of Smarketing is very simple to use, they have a very strong support team which also helps you when troubleshooting any problems you may be having. Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of someone through their support line, but that's only because I'm not an expert in using this platform. Very good Digital DMP with room for further improvement

The ability to create campaigns, track them in detail as well as report all aspects of performance was very helpful when trying new strategies at various stages during our journey towards digital transformation! I would like more customisation options such that we can easily add additional features if required without having too many tools installed or configuration issues etc - this has been one area where they have not yet delivered fully but are working hard so hopefully it will be rectified
