The ability to create campaigns, track them in detail as well as report all aspects of performance was very helpful when trying new strategies at various stages during our journey towards digital transformation! I would like more customisation options such that we can easily add additional features if required without having too many tools installed or configuration issues etc - this has been one area where they have not yet delivered fully but are working hard so hopefully it will be rectified soon enough!! We were able solve some problems related to managing multiple touch points across channels within different customer journeys which had previously caused us significant operational overhead costs by using traditional methods/tools (e.g., Excel spreadsheets). This allowed us time back into focusing strategic priorities rather than being forced onto reactive measures due to lack capacity / resource constraints.
