It’s very clear that their team members really try to give excellent customer service with exceptional communication skills! Their responsiveness has been stellar at every turn I have needed them during my trial period (which was several months). Our relationship is still in its infancy but there are no real issues yet so far--just great professionalism all around!! At this time, we don't know what kind of discounts they would offer us since our business hasn't reached certain thresholds as per their requirements for pricing; however, if it works out then I am sure you will be pleased by any amount we were able afford which makes your work loads easier. Have patience while waiting because these folks do get things done once given enough chances to make contacts. Just keep working toward building relationships until someone says "I'll take care of everything!". We had quite an uphill battle when trying many different providers before finding one who met our demands (and expectations!). They came into play after numerous other companies rejected/refused us for various reasons even though some claimed It's easy to set up campaigns that are linked with our CRM system (Salesforce). The tool is very intuitive so it takes some getting used too but once you do everything comes together well! I haven't really found anything i dislike yet about this product - maybe because we've only been using for 3 months now? So far its worked great though & has allowed us access into new markets which was not possible before without spending big money!!
