Does not work as described

Lid locks when screwed down. The instructions say to insert the key, turn counterclockwise, then back and out. Then unscrew the cap. I have to insert the key, turn it clockwise, leave the key and unscrew it. I won't use it as I'm very afraid that one day it might not open.
