The goods arrived on time, well packaged. Looks good, both in quality and aesthetics. The main downside is that the shampoo I poured (heavier than average) kept dripping onto the floor. That's not a drop or two, that's a constant drip-drip-drip that will soon empty the bottle - I will return as this is unacceptable. (Note: neither the (very thick) conditioner nor the body soap is dripping, so it could just be one of three defective dispensers - still unacceptable.) Update the next day: Before sending the item back, I thought to wash it vigorously with water to rinse - I did and the dripping stopped. A small plastic particle appears to be stuck to the rubber seal which stops the flow of shampoo and is removed by rinsing with water. I'm still deducting a star for the hassle (and wasted shampoo) and the ease with which the tanks can fly out of their mounts and smash on the ground. Conclusion: Overall a good product but: i) before mounting on the wall, fill all tanks with water and leave on a dry surface to check for leaks. If they leak, flush them vigorously with water. 2) When attaching to the wall, be careful to choose a place where the tanks cannot be accidentally knocked over.
