I have half my left forearm so I tried it over my left elbow. It's a comfortable fit! I don't need an extension. the quality is very high. It looks like it will withstand a lot of abuse. I tried. The magnets hold the screws well. It will be part of my standard equipment. I can hold my cordless drill with a screwdriver bit in my left elbow, grab a screw and insert it into the (magnetized) bit and I'm good to go!. Better than holding screws with your lips. I can also take some screws and just stick them on magnets.
