Middle aged women do it for themselves

We are very fortunate to have a rooftop patio that holds 12 planters that average at least 500 pounds. At the beginning of the pandemic, I had the brilliant idea to clean the IPE flooring, which hasn't been cleaned much since it was installed 8 years ago. At first I thought I'd just do my best and clean up around the heavy planters. Less desirable, but better than nothing. I used to move a giant fridge with three women, two carts and a lever thing going up on a wheel. It occurred to me that maybe I could get the same tools. We could move the pots and I could clean underneath. But we're in the middle of a pandemic, we live in New York City, we don't have a car and we have limited storage space, so the thought of buying or even renting the appropriate gear and then bringing it home seemed like an obvious choice Question. The Internet consultation led to this point. The price wasn't crazy so I gave it a try. My wife is the brain and I am the yawn so she was in charge of sorting and tweaking it. Not only did she crack the not-so-complicated code, she practically moved most of the planters by herself. Also, we're both under 5ft 6in and on the north side of our 50's. This tool allowed us to give our area a thorough clean and rearranged some of our planters on opposite sides of the deck. Some of the pots have moved. at least 30 feet. Also, our deck is not a flat surface. Some boards stick out higher, causing him to slip off his claws at times. But it was easy to solve, and nobody broke their toes. worn on bear paws. In the reviews that I consulted before buying, I read that some people broke the lever right away. My wife took great care to ensure the arm was in full contact with the planter before lifting it. I tried it once and almost bent over it because it was sticking out a little. Like I said, she's the brain. A truly amazing product. It never cracked and neither did we. Seriously we've been nice to each other in every way, little stress using this product. the objects themselves. In these uncertain and somewhat hopeful times, this product is a reminder that nothing is impossible if you have the right tools.
