Nitrile Rubber Sheets For Plumbing, DIY, And Flooring - Pack Of 3, 6X6-Inch By 1/16-Inch Thickness Review

I needed to replace a rubber gasket on the trunk area of my 1996 Miata. One of these three sheets filled the bill. The material was easily cut with scissors. The 1/16 inch thickness approximated that of the original gasket. I just traced the form of the deteriorated old gasket and cut it out. I'm sure I can find a use for the rest of the sheets.

We use this gasket material for a very non-traditional application.It makes great "no-slip" pads for furniture on hard surfaces.I wish I thought of it, but I found a YouTube video with the suggestion.Just cut a piece that's a bit larger than the bottom of the leg of furniture that you don't want slipping and put it under the legs (make sure you remove any soft padding that you used to protect the wood flooring.) It works great!

Product arrived as described. Excellent quality. Easy to cut with blade and trim with sissors as needed. flexible and as described is about 1/16 inch thick. Needed it for gasket purposes on rain barrels and used as cushion for metal to metal contact too. No odor, or any residue on them. Works well and wlll order again as I run out on these three sheets.

I purchased these to secure a fridge in my van on a plywood base. The price was right and the texture perfect. Out of the bag, the smell was VERY strong but I figured it would dissipate (per other reviews). It's a rubber pad as advertised. What else do you want? And yes, it stinks! I left it outside for a week, and no change. You don't want this stuff in the house or enclosed area where you'll smell it. I used this as sort of a gasket/buffer between two pieces of metal in a boat.

I made two gaskets for the spindles on my truck frame, which are no longer available anywhere else. That fits the job well.

Product was perfect and I used it on a mini-split heat pump stand. The rubber in this instance will serve two purposes. One is to isolate the metal pads from the concrete and to minimize vibration from the condensing unit. Oh, it was delivered in two days.

I love these sheets. I ordered them to use on the bottom of slippery shoes. But I realize that they are useful for so many things. They make a great grip to open jars etc. They are easy to cut to shape. They are also very smooth and very slightly tacky.

I was in needed for a rubber sheet to seal a water pump pipe leak for a pool and ordered these. Thank goodness I did because like most people, I didn't do it right the first time. I screwed up the first sheet and luckily this pack comes with 3 sheets! Whew! It totally saved me and it was flexible enough for me to do exactly what I needed it for. I recommend this product.

I got a really nice pair of house shoes for my birthday a couple years ago. Eventually the rubber soles started to wear out even though the leather and fur were still in nearly perfect condition. So I purchased this rubber sheet and some shoe goo to resole them. I cut up the sheet to match to shape of the sole and glued them on. Doesn't look great but it's fine for walking on.

These are perfect and very versatile. They can be cut to use for just about anything. I used them as a rubber gasket between a metal door knob and door that kept loosening.

Nice rubber pads, and easy to cut. I glued a piece to the bottom of a 5” round magnet that’s attached to a work light so it wouldn’t scratch painted surfaces when using the light. I think the texture surface of the rubber helped the adhesive stick better.

I ordered this because I had installed a new rear cross brace in my road course car. This product made a huge difference in getting rid of all the metal against metal squeaking noises. The product arrived exactly on time and exactly as advertised.The Everest people packaged the shipped 3 sheets in a glassene bag with a label glued - to the Bag (rather than STAPLED through the product as the Lasco rubber was).Cheaper, faster, better - and works in my application. It is difficult to imagine that sheet rubber could be more satisfying.

Used these sheets for vibration absorption on my crummy Rosewill triple monitor mount. I cut one sheet to match the shape of the mount base where it touches the desk. This has the added benefit of protecting my desk from indentations left by the mount. The mount base has two pieces which fit together using 4 bolts to tighten down, but manufacturing tolerances at Rosewill leave much to be desired. The rubber sheets were as described, uniform in color, uniform in thickness, easy to cut with sharp scissors (we used industrial scissors). We used the rubber sheets for leveling and surface protection inside of a refrigerator.

This is the kind of stuff you want to have on hand if you are a DIYer. So many uses. I usually cut up bicycle and motorcycle inner tubes, but many times the rubber has started to break down by the time the come off the rim. My last project was putting together a Dust Deputy (not the kit, so it didn't come with the gasket). This sheet was the perfect size and thickness. I'm going to look up what other material sizes they offer.
