The support from our sales department was excellent! They were always available to help us with any question we had - even very small questions that needed simple solutions. We also appreciated their fast response time everytime there's an issue in production or technical aspect during implementation phase. Nothing really. I think it would be nice if they could have better price comparison tools (like other platforms do). As this platform has been created by Shopify experts, i'm quite sure everything will work fine once you get used to its functionalities. It helps us keep track of all orders placed through website as well as automatically process credit card payments via Stripe service.
