A total waste of money and time
I bought this because my old fan was on all the time and was very loud above 2K. This "refurbished" took about 1.5 hours to install and is no better than before. Spins freely at rest as it should, but as soon as the engine starts it will start and stay on over 95% of the time even when the engine is cold and the outside temperature is low.
