The support team is excellent! They are always willing to help any way they can. I've never had an issue with them that wasn't resolved quickly. Their customer service has been outstanding for me. It's easy to manage your account from anywhere in the world when you have servagone as your host provider. There isn't anything i dislike about their product or services. Honestly it couldn't be better. If you're looking for great customer care at a reasonable price this is the place to go. We used servage one primarily because of their amazing support staff. I don't think there was ever a time where we needed assistance and didn't receive quick resolution. I like that ServageOne has been very easy to work with since the beginning of our relationship. They have always been responsive and very helpful in getting us up and running quickly. There is nothing really I dislike about their system. Pricing may be a little steep for some users. We are solving our customer's web hosting needs by providing them with a robust control panel and powerful infrastructure.
