Not very strong. I almost broke my toes when the hammer fell.
Magnets are not very strong. My 24 inch crotch had no problem holding the hammer even to the front of the head. Extensions with a ratchet - no problem, also with a ratchet. But not with these. tool next to it. I hope you lost your toes.
