Review on Thetford 70424 Black Retracting Sani-Con RV Waste/Sewer Discharge Hose - 21 FT by Patrick Burton

I bought this hose to replace my original hose which had 4 pinpoint leaks after only 13 months (about 22 uses). The new hose showed two pinpoint leaks (not in these areas) in less than two months of use. You buy a Sanicon system for comfort and cleanliness. There is nothing clean in a system that sprays streams of sewage ten feet into the air. It is neither convenient nor clean to have to change hoses. In my opinion the hose system is not designed well enough to withstand repeated pressure increases in normal use. I'm done with Sanicon. I just can't imagine dealing with another Robin Williams RV level mess like those that occur when those hoses fail.
