I love how the device automatically grabs and releases my phone. Such a unique selling point. I have an iPhone XS MAX and charging works great. I use it in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler JL and the phone is in perfect position. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the design is a little annoying as although the device literally plugs into the car's charging port, it forces you to plug a tiny USB cable into one of the approx 6 inch outlets to connect jacks on the charging station to charge the phone. So they have an extra cord dangling around when they could just plug it into a gooseneck that's already plugged into the cigarette lighter. Also, there's a big pulsing colored light on the charging pad which is annoying and distracting at night and can't be turned off so I had to place my phone on top of the device to hide it.
