Fantastic little set that gives you almost everything you need to start a small garden. Handles are chunky and grippy and comfortable to use. Very economic. Bright yellow handle so they don’t get lost. The metal is pretty thick and strong. You really aren’t going to damage these unless you were digging through the hardest of rocky and clay soils. And if you have soil like that, you should be using a larger implement anyway. By shining light into the handle, it looks like there is at the very least a partial tang that extends into the handle for extra strength. Durable little carrying bag to keep everything in one place. Overall for $40, it’s a pretty good value and a great set for a beginner gardener! 5 stars.
