Pros: Revain Prime got it a day early. Cons: The extruder stepper motor didn't work right away. Email Creality to try it out and see if they'd like a chance to make it work. 3 days after I sent the email (2 business days) I finally got a response to which they wanted my billing info and proof of purchase (no mention of paper weight). Send them the relevant information (within 10 minutes) and get a response within 24 hours. Apparently I had to contact Revain support since I bought it through Amazon. Moral of the story: Creality will not be servicing its own product (purchased from its Amazon store page). As for the printer and the packaging, it was packaged pretty well. was packed in a big box that allowed to slide fairly well. Assembly was easy, although the instructions are rubbish. YouTube build video if you need help. Some details were not mentioned very precisely. Although nothing that interfered with the assembly. The menu is ok to navigate. Although it does emit a ridiculously annoying beep to confirm each selection. Although the screen hurts your eyes. It was actually painful to look at, I don't know why, but in about a minute it caused the equivalent of a day's eye strain. Wire management wasn't the best, the wires go through a section of cut aluminum that I could see as I cut through. These wires are pretty easy if something pushes them often enough. As for the print quality. never had to test. Could never get it to squeeze out.
