Cutouts are not cutouts

You can see in the picture that there are cutouts on the side and bottom to attach the duct to the box. These are not cutouts but bumps that are melted into the metal and are not knocked out with pliers like typical cutouts. Once you open the box you'll find a piece of paper that says you need to use a knockout to get started. I find the description misleading. As an electrician, I have the tools to fix the problem, but Amazon and the seller need to be a little more honest as most homeowners don't have the clout to do it.
