I received this incorrect item and returned it for credit and you charged me a fee for this. I want an immediate reply. I tried to find a section to send emails but to no avail. I ordered 2 of these and I received them duly. I also have a letter saying you can't send this and I will get a loan. Please credit my Mastercard for this. I'm so sad. Thank you Barbara Goglia.
