Ordered this set for office, home and car. The ones on my desk are holding up well. They sit on a flat cable routing surface and experience little to no friction or down pull. They are fine at home too. Virtually no friction or tension, even on a flat horizontal surface. But the ones in my car that I use to organize cords for AUX and charging fell off after about 2 weeks on a vertical surface with lights. so that there are no jerks and friction. I'll try replacing the glue on the bottom with something stronger. because that was the main reason I bought them.
