I used this to repair an old thrift store TV remote I bought at a thrift store (brand random, not angry). The pattern on my remote was different so I cut out each circle and attached them to the circuit board one at a time. There weren't enough pads to fix every button on the remote, but not all of them broke initially, only those that were actively used. The remote is now working properly again and I can control the volume and VHS playback from my couch. Note that these pads were slightly larger than the standard pads on my random TV remote, so you might have problems with gaps if you're trying to fix a whole bunch of tiny buttons that are close together.
