A bit small and not as strong as I would like.

Assembly without much difficulty. I think it should hold up well to my aluminum non-stick pots and pans. If you had everything cast iron I would look for something that holds more weight. I think the picture is pretty representative of how much this will hold up. I have 6 liter and 2.5 liter pans on the top and hanging pans.
