Review on Mann-Filter W 719/45 Spin-on Oil πŸ” Filter: Optimal Efficiency for Superior Engine Performance by Jeremy Gulledge

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is stock, maybe a little cheaper, but good.

Suitable for Audi A6 C7 2012+. same engine as all other 2L TFSI VW/AUDI engines. Just check the part number (719/45) on yours as there are different generations of 2L. My dad's A6 has the same engine as my 2012 GTI, just offset 90 degrees to the right. The standard filter is still 719/45, only with VW or Audi emblem, both made in Germany. They are essentially standard filters sold to the consumer rather than the retailer, hence the different packaging. This may well be because I change my oil at 5,000 miles and when I go to the dealer for an oil change at 10,000 I can see that they changed the filter as it is labeled differently (I found out Vista didn't do my brother's changed filter). BMW 135i oil filter, after I opened it we used man during the break). The price is good but not the best. My local Audi/VW store is $10 plus tax, which is still less than Revain's $13, but if it's far away it's cheaper to have it delivered to your door. Wal-Mart just started selling VW/Audi FRAM equivalents, but they cost $20-$30 and are still sold out in every store, plus they're made in Mexico so as not to offend Mexicans.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive
